Goodmorning!

In an old tamil magazine, there used to be a regular column of two similar illustrations and asking us to find the six differences in the pictures. It used to be a good puzzle for minds those days. For the last one week, I am wondering about the differences between the visions and visualizations

My father used to have this habit which was taught by my grandparents to collect g9od articles, recipes, remedies and even some fictional stories from magazines and bind them all into a book by sewing the pages together. They even had a home library.

My paternal grandfather who used to be very active in Vincent de Paul act8vities of the church, once took me to our parish library of Old books and asked me to choose few books from there and I remember reading an old book called the song of Bernadette. It was written by a Jewish author who found refuge along with his wife in Lourdes, France during the world war times and how they were transformed by marian faith.

I have always admired both my daughter and my mother, every summer holidays they used to spend some time together solving lots of crossword puzzles in magazines and newspapers and in mobile apps too.

Spending time with grandparents is a precious gift of time capsules for their grandchildren

The message from God and the angels is as follows: " Hang out with friends:Studies shows that most people are introduced to their future spouse through friends. After all, we share similar values with our friends. So, it makes sense that our friends' friends will also share our values-a key element in successful love relationships.
Busy people don't always have much time for friendships. No problem! You can streamline your social life by suggesting a potluck dinner or cocktail party. If everybody brings a dish or drink , then nobody needs to work too hard to create a nice evening together. Other ideas include a bicycle ride, a volleyball or softball game, a shared vacation retreat, or a semi monthly discussion group. You can catch up with your friends and meet their single friends without much time or trouble. Be sure and include everyone's children in these events."

From the book I am reading on Zen living , Seek out the sunset. Be grateful for making it through another day..The important thing is to be able t9 sit and gaze upon the sun as it sets. When evening falls, take a moment to look up at the sky. Feel gratitude for having made it through another day. This moment will warm your spirit."

From another book I am reading, a traditional Ayurvedic way to strengthen and soothe the eyes is to gaze at the flame of a ghee lamp. Prepare a ghee lamp by taking a small bowl, placing a cotton wick in it, and adding ghee. Be sure the wick is made of genuine cotton, synthetic cotton will burn up in an instant. Also be sure the wick is not too thick. Apply a little ghee to the tip of the wick and then light it.

Set the ghee lamp at a distance of 2 or 3 feet from you, remove your glasses, and gaze at the flame for 2 or 3 m8nutes without blinking. This procedure will improve the tejas or lustrous quality of the eyes.

have a blessed day! Buona giornata!
