Goodmorning!
From the book byBishop Percival Fernandez from the Pauline publications, I quote: The moral giant in a secular world. Pope John Paul ll, whose previous name was Karol Jozef Wojtyla, has revoluti9ns8ed the office of the Pope.
Karol's early life was marked by losses. His mother died when he was nine and his older brother Edmund died when he was twelve. Karol and his father, who was a tailor by profession, lived in a one-room apartment behind the church.
The Nazi occupation forces closed the university and young Karol had to work in a quarry and then in Solvay chemical factory to earn his living and to avoid being deported to Germany. He had many hardships in those days.
After being elected Pope, John Paul ll visited over a hundred countries, promoting non-violent revolution against oppressive regimes, especially communism, although it exposed him to danger. In 1981, John Paul was shot and severely wounded in an attempted assassination by Ali Agca. However, this didn't deter the Pope from continuing to go ahead with his mission. Even non- Catholics admired his courage to speak out against governments while he stood within their country.
Despite illness and dangers, John Paul ll preached the Gospel of Jesus Christ with tireless missionary spirit, devoting all his energies to this task. He is said to be the most recognised person in the world in his lifetime!

From the book called," Who stole your 🌈" 8by an author friend, I quote: Do you know what it feels like to be a tightly wound string....?
9So tight that you know one pull and every link will break
10You feel the glass shattering into a million pieces.
11In a world of y9ur own, you make your path
12Where you hold everything within
13Knowing that neither screaming nor shouting willhelp you
14Yet, you know that being strong is the only way forward
15You despise a lot of things
16The ugliness of petty-m8nded people
17You get sullied by their gossips and negative thoughts
18You are at a point where walking away m8ght seem like bliss
19Realit6 sets in and being strong is the only way to go

21The message from God and the angels is::Matthew 10:26-28
New International Version
26 “So do not be afraid of them, for there is nothing concealed that will not be disclosed, or hidden that will not be made known.(A) 27 What I tell you in the dark, speak in the daylight; what is whispered in your ear, proclaim from the roofs. 28 Do not be afraid of those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. Rather, be afraid of the One(B) who can destroy both soul and body in hell.
