Goodafternoon! Today the message from God and the angels is about OBE, outer body experiences. Sometimes during deeper meditations with the almighty God above, we could experience these. I quote," A common time for them is during a'dream....Astral traveling is a special type of out_of_body experience....Your dream body, which is also known as the astral body, will appear to be floating above your physical body while you sleep. Astral-traveling dreams come when you are in a liminal state, deeply relaxed...You may hear the music of the spheres( the sounds of the Universe and celestial bodies). Colours are supersaturated and of a hue that you will not find on this Earth plane....This is an enlightened group of beings operating from a state of Divine love and light, who guide people toward the highest good of all. The main distinction between an out-of-body experience and astral travel is the High Council imparting information."

Today the reading from the book on "Integral Optimism and Happiness " by Charles Alphonse,is about Objective. I quote," Realistic well- being and spiritual practices will form a part in this initiative. Integrative initiatives lead us to a holistic living. It is an ongoing growth process where the spiritual dimensions play an important role. A truly integrated person will have both fulfillment and Happiness due to his altruistic passion along with its materialistic pursuits. The objective here is to make humanity realise its potentials as a world community having global responsibility while people growing ind8vidually in Integral Optimism....

Enhancing our creative potential is a gift of God. T9day I was amazed at an old North Indian man's pursuit of creations of bamboo cane and jute rope mixed nature inspired light weight furniture. Always bringing elements of nature inside our home makes us feel the goodness and generosity of our Creator Almighty God.
