Goodmorning! The word of God today is:
Psalm 37:28-31
New International Version
28 For the Lord loves the just
and will not forsake his faithful ones.(A)
Wrongdoers will be completely destroyed[a];
the offspring of the wicked will perish.(B)
29 The righteous will inherit the land(C)
and dwell in it forever.(D)
30 The mouths of the righteous utter wisdom,(E)
and their tongues speak what is just.
31 The law of their God is in their hearts;(F) their feet do not slip.(G)

The message from God and the angels is ," Perhaps you, too, have felt the calling to perform a positive function in the world! If so, let me reassure you that it is wonderful that you were called! Please know that you would not have been called unless(Holy)Spirit knew that you were qualified. In other words, there's no need for you to second-guess ( Holy) Spirit and question It with a " Who, me?You're talking to me? I'm not qualified!" You've already gotten the job."

When I lived in California, US, one thing that caught my attention during every Christmas season is the way the Christmas trees were decorated in San Francisco, different malls in the Silicon valley, at other commercial places like hospitals and corporate companies and the homes of the people of varied cultures in the bay area. One thing I could decode in my mind was paying attention to details while doing the Christmas decor. The serene joy of Christmas spirit is something to behold!

From the book on Zen living, I quote:" Try picking up a stone by the side of the road. Touch it, and notice what it smells like. Stones have a front and back, each with a different feel. You may think that stones have no scent, but mountain stones smell like the mountains, and the sea stones smell like the sea. Details like these are all around you. Take an interest in them , using your senses to notice variations in nature."

Today I am guided to talk about the semiprecious stone Lapis Lazuli , which is known for its intense colour and its composition of the mineral component lazurite. It is a cubic crystal ( solid state physics)and chemical properties like chemical formula and Moh's hardness etc.It is a metamorphic rock foundation found even in the oldest sites of Indus Valley civilization.

By the end of the Middle Ages, lapis lazuli began to be exported to Europe, where it was ground into powder and made into ultramarine, the finest and most expensive of all blue pigments. Ultramarine was used by some of the most important artists of the Renaissance and Baroque, including Masaccio, Perugino, Titian and Vermeer, and was often reserved for the clothing of the central figures of their paintings, especially the Virgin Mary. Ultramarine has also been found in dental tartar of medieval nuns and scribes.[8]

Have a blessed day! bu9na giornata!
