Goodmorning! Today the message from God and the angels is as follows:
I quote," Not only can the angels locate missing objects, they can also negotiate their return in miraculous ways. After you ask the angels to return something to you, let go of the request and don't worry about how they'll answer your prayer. If you receive a feeling or thought to go somewhere or to do something, be sure to follow this guidance, as it may lead you directly to the object of your prayers."

Here in India, it is monsoon season and I was reading articles on permaculture and rainwater harvesting in home gardens as a measure to store and recylce rainwater.

From the book, I am reading on Integral Optimism and Happiness by Charles Alphonse, this morning meditation inspired me." If you have not experienced love in your childhood, start today with the above spiritual meditation of love where you could just meditate about the affectionate gaze of God looking into your heart and filling it with warmth and love. Allow those compassionate eyes of God to gaze into your whole being and see the result in your being. This is one of the Franciscan Comtemplative Methods taught to us. We are invited to just be there in that loving presence in silence and without words so that the love of the Creator will start influencing us deeply and transform us. Spending five minutes a day in this meditation could transform you.

Travelling around the world I discover stark realities of war, violence, exploitation of nature for selfish gains, and religious intolerance on the one side. On the other side there are generous hearts coming together to jointly do something to make this world a better place.I use the word, ' Spirituality of the Heart' meaning we need spiritual and human motivation to do good and wish good in every situation as the Creator does. It doesn't mean mere following of religious rituals."

Usually the psychologists, tell us to imagine a worst case scenario, so that whatever we are going through life, our trials and tribulations seem nothing to us.

From the book I am reading on Zen, the art of simple living, I quote:

But imagine a different scenario. First, you go out into the woods and collect firewood. You make a fire and boil water. As you grind the coffee beans, you look up at the sky and say, " What a beautiful day.'....The reason why, perhaps,is because each step in the process has been brought to life - collecting firewood, starting the fire, grinding the beans. There is nothing extraneous in any of these actions. This is what I call living."

Have a blessed day! Buona giornata!
