Goodevening!
My nephew got me four fighter fishes for my little aquarium. The little boy who came with him, watched these litttle fishes for a while. Earlier the question among us at home was"' what do you do when you are out of mood?"" Cannot call everything mood swings since eveery pregnant woman has that too. These two boys got some pebbles and I picked from the garden what I thought was an air purifier plant and kept it inside the little acquarium. Watching this boy watch the little 3.5 inch bottlenecked jar and the movement of fishes inside the jar reminded me of zen meditation. For me, it is relaxing and calming. My mother said when she is out of mood she likes to watch family episodes of tv serials either in her mobile or tv. My cosister who came for lunch said, as I knew already, she likes to hear songs in the play list prepared by her husband, who is abroad, in her mobile, when she is out of mood. THe other day, my nephew reported that a friend calls him often whenever he is out of mood just to talk and my niece said her brother knows hoow to console him!Since tuesday is St.Antony's day, I played a list of st. Antony songs in tamil in you tube for my aged father yesterday...music is a good healing therapy. My niece when she is tired and sad hits the piano fire in my tab! As I very well knew, my daughter hits her room wall with little murals with her artistic hands when she is tired. At times, walks around withheadphones too with music on!
It is around 10 pm in India, and I just fi nished washing the dishes. A habit I have resumed for the last four or five days, that relaxes me too!

Have a goodevening!
