today i visited my doctor's office in K.Pudhur.
while waiting for my appointment, i had to sit relaxed looking at the surroundings.
this is one picture that caught my eyes and would like to share it with my readers.
Long back, when I started as an alternative therapy healer, my firs5 client was an autisyic child from New Delhi.

Impirtant: Do this only two or three times a week. you can also balance the energies of the sacral chakra with an aromatherapy message. combine one tablespoon of eitger avacado or jojoba oil with two drops each of bitter orange and myrrh.
