Goodafternoon! Today I feel guided to say this single parents prayer which I used to pray for my daughter as a single parent. " Guardian angels, please watch over all the single parents. They work so tirelessly to provide for their families.Help them to see they can fall back on your love and your angel wings, to comfort them through their hardest days.Give them your support as they handle family issues as a single parent. Help them to know they are not alone. Permit their days be simple and bright.Let the drama that would adversely affect their abilities to parent positively, steer clear of them. Keep negativity away. Whisper in their ears so they know they are not alone in a job that can be scary and lonely at times with much responsibility.Allow them to stand tall, proud and feel you next to them, supporting and guiding them. Charge these solo parents with the strength and energy of two parents, so they may best raise and influence their children to be productive adults. Let their hurt and disappointments be replaced with joy and wisdom. Provide an extra dose of courage so these parents and their children may face all life throw at them.
